The lamp features a bulb-shaped base and mushroom-cap shade, with iridescent lustre glass with a pulled-feather motif, organic form bronze mounts, single chain-pull socket, and rayon wrapped cord, signed on the underside of base ”John Cook Phoenix Studios 1979 #130”, and ”Carl Radke Phoenix Studios 79” on shade, overall height is 19”.
