The verso bears a stamped inscription reading: ”This painting was made to celebrate the opening of Damien Hirst, Requiem, at the PinchukArtCentre on April 25-26th 2009” together with a stamped Damien Hirst signature. The sheet is additionally embossed with the circular ”HIRST” blindstamp.
