Igor Alexandrovich Nesmiianov (born 1949, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan) is a Ukrainian painter, scenographer, and educator. He graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute in 1977 and became a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine in 1982. In addition to his painting career, he created scenography and costume designs for more than sixty theatrical productions and participated in numerous exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. His works are held in museum and private collections throughout Ukraine, Europe, and the United States. He lives and works in Kyiv.
