1930s Fyr-Fyter ”SodAcid” Copper Fire Extinguisher - Vintage 1930s SodAcid Fyr-Fyter 2.5-gallon hand fire extinguisher manufactured by The Fyr-Fyter Company, Dayton, Ohio. Constructed of heavy copper with a riveted body, cast iron carrying handle, brass embossed instruction plate, and original discharge hose with nozzle. An authentic piece of early firefighting and industrial history, well suited for automobilia, advertising, garage, or antique tool collections. Displays an attractive aged copper patina with expected oxidation, surface wear, and signs of age. Measures 24” tall and 7” in diameter.
