British Railways Enamel ”WAY OUT” Station Sign - Vintage British Railways (BR) double-sided porcelain enamel ”WAY OUT” station sign, dating to the 1950s-1960s. Featuring white lettering and directional arrows on a deep maroon background, this authentic railway sign was used to direct passengers toward station exits during the British Railways era following nationalization in 1948. Constructed of heavy steel with vitreous enamel faces on both sides and integral hanging loops, it displays expected wear, edge chips, and enamel loss consistent with age and railway use, adding to its industrial character.
