Constructed of translucent glass with white numerals on a black background, these matching panels were designed for installation in illuminated locomotive number-board housings, allowing the engine number to be identified during nighttime operation. Includes one standard and one reverse-image panel for opposite sides of the locomotive. A desirable pair for railroadiana collectors, restoration projects, or display.
