1959 Seeburg Select-O-Matic Stereophonic Jukebox - Vintage 1959 Seeburg Model 222 Select-O-Matic 160 stereophonic jukebox, manufactured by The Seeburg Corporation, Chicago. An important model in jukebox history, the 222 was Seeburg's first stereophonic jukebox, introduced for the 1959 model year. Designed for 160 selections from 80 records, it features Seeburg's Select-O-Matic mechanism, illuminated dual title-card displays, push-button selection keyboard, visible record mechanism, chrome trim, and distinctive two-channel front speaker grilles marked ”Channel 1” and ”Channel 2.” Good overall vintage condition with age-related surface wear, scratches, and finish wear consistent with use. Unit powers up; however, the key broke inside the lock, preventing access to the cabinet, and therefore the jukebox could not be fully tested. Comes with Seeburg Model 222/220 service manual. Please review photos carefully for condition. Approx. 56” x 33” x 27”. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size and weight of this item, no in-house shipping is available.
