Marti Beson is an American contemporary artist based in Chandler, Arizona. She studied art in Dayton, Ohio, and has stated that moving to Chandler in 1972 renewed her artistic inspiration, particularly through the colors and landscapes of the Southwest. After working for approximately 25 years as a decorator and in furniture sales, she returned to pursuing art professionally. Beson works in multiple media, including acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media, and is known for bold color and expressive imagery. Her work has been exhibited at venues including the Chandler Center for the Arts and the Herberger Theater Center in Phoenix.
