He works in the genre of thematic paintings, portraits, landscapes and still lifes. She participated in all three exhibitions of the famous ”Group of Sixteen” (1969, 1975, 1985). In 1989, she participated in the Moscow-London-Moscow exhibition, in 1990 – in the Moscow – Washington – Moscow (GTG) exhibition. The artist's solo exhibitions were held in Moscow (1993, 1998, 2003). The works of E.E. Grigorieva's works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Museum of Fine Arts, the Tsaritsyno Museum in Moscow, in all major regional museums, in galleries in Germany, the USA, England, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
