Vision ok. - Maggafaim Band The ”Maggafaim” band was a group of about 30 members from agricultural settlements (moshavim) that operated together between 1978 and 1992. Their songs were based on themes from rural life in kibbutzim and moshavim. During their 14 years of activity, the band produced two musical programs, all of which were directed by producer Shai Lavie. Toward the end of their activity, the band produced a show that aired on Israeli television. This show featured selected songs from their two programs. In the early days of the band, they were invited to perform on Channel One's program ”Sha’a Tova, ” hosted by Meni Pe’er, where they gained public recognition. In that show, the band performed songs such as ”Living in Nature” (lyrics by Puzho) and ”Lullaby for the Cow, ” performed by the band's lead vocalist, Eti Amit. Following this successful appearance, the band was invited to the popular talk show ”Siba Le’mesiba, ” hosted by Rivka Michaeli. Later, upon Chaim Meluben's suggestion, two days of filming were conducted in the performance hall of Kfar Menachem. These recordings were edited into a television program that aired on Channel One, becoming an integral part of the band's success under the direction of Shai Lavie. In 2018, the band resumed activity under a new ensemble called ”Maggafaim Quartet+, ” including Avi Geva, Avi Rosenblum, Nachman Ronen, and Geva's daughter, Michal Geva. The First Album – Program A The band's first program includes 11 songs:     Two songs were written by the author Israel Wisler (Puzho): ”Living in Nature” and ”The First Day.”     Another song, ”Roaming the World, ” was written by poet Aliza Goren, a member of the band.     The song ”Simple Calculation, ” also known as ”Today in Agriculture, ” was written by Noga Lev-Goren and became one of the most successful songs of the program. The remaining seven songs were written by Yehoram Tehar-Lev, including:     ”Lullaby for the Cow”     ”The Ballad of Ben-Gurion”     ”White Autumn”     ”Orchard of Light”     ”Song of Mud”     ”Greenhouse Flower”     And the band’s anthem, ”Song of Boots, ” also known as ”Boot Hora.” The Second Album – One Pioneer Boot In 1985, the band went on a tour in the United States with their second program, ”One Pioneer Boot.” By this time, the group had grown to include non-kibbutz and non-moshav members, and the songs leaned more towards themes of nature. The program included ten songs, nine written by Yehoram Tehar-Lev and one by Haim Hefer: ”The Tango of the Weak Gender.” Among Tehar-Lev's songs were:     ”Children of the Land”     ”Father's Wisdom”     ”Evening on the Threshing Floor”     ”Under the Sycamore Tree”     ”Cholent”     ”To Work”     ”Morning Sun”     ”Pioneering is a Disease”     ”There Are Still Days Like These
