CHÂTEAU MOUTON ROTHSCHILD 1986 - 1er Cru Classé Bordeaux Pauillac The very great 1986 vintage was produced by the artist Bernard Séjourné. Originally from Haiti, this artist-painter highlights the Château Mouton Rothschild through a painting on wood that is part of a lunar, dreamy and mysterious atmosphere. The work represents female masks with half-closed eyes and long, slender necks. Shells and exotic flowers also appear on this painting which seems to be in motion. Château Mouton Rothschild 1986 has aromas of dried fruits, prunes and milk caramel. Notes of rancio, peppery spices and cedar make it a complex wine. This Premier Cru Classé is made from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Ageless, yet balanced. Black color. Mint, mineral, berry and cherry. Full-bodied, chewy and tight. Long, long finish. A great, great wine.
