Original cream-colored hardback. 12 full-page Jugendstil illustrations in color by Heinrich Lefler and Josef Urban. Each plate is surrounded by broad decorative borders depicting flowers, animals, coats of arms and other motifs related to the image — enhanced with platinum gray colors and gilding. Each border is of a different design. The front cover and the title page are also decorated in gold, the latter a chromolithograph embellished with gold details. Text in German. Copy in excellent condition.
