The beginning of the Extraordinary Saga of the Silver Surfer. The Silver Surfer, realizing the horror Galactus is about to unleash, decides to protect humanity by challenging his master. But while the silver herald confronts Galactus, the Human Torch returns from his interdimensional journey with a device that the rest of the Fantastic Four use to deactivate the Absolute Nullifier, the weapon capable of destroying the Earth. The Fantastic Four, aided by the Watcher, eventually manage to stop Galactus, but the devourer of worlds, before exiting, strips Silver Surfer of his space-time powers, condemning him to exile on Earth. Condition All comics are graded by EGC - European Grading Company , a comics grading service renowned for its accuracy and transparency. EGC uses a full decimal scale from 0 to 10 to evaluate the condition of comics, allowing for extremely detailed evaluations.
