Postal Stationery. Mozambique. 10-reis IP from D. Luis, issued from Beira on April 27, 1900, with an additional 5-reis elephant stamp, to the Netherlands on May 26. This stationery has two characteristics that make it special. Mozambique IP used at the Mozambique Company, not subject to fines. Furthermore, the 15-reis postage (known in four other copies) is not found in any table. A very rare specimen.
