Cape Verde, 1913/14 – D. Carlos I, Mouchon type. Stamps from 1903, with “PROVISORIO” overprint from the Mint and “REPUBLICA” overprint, typed locally. MF#154, 75 reis, carmine, smooth to slightly dotted paper, perforation 11 ¾. Complete sheet with 28 stamps, new, with original hingeless gum, without repairs, with traces of oxide on the 4 upper stamps, with the “U” sans serif variety on the left on the 12th stamp (not catalogued) and the “REP ÚBLICA” variety on the 26th stamp (MF 154a) and the “A” of “CABO” broken on the 16th stamp (not catalogued).
