Portugal * 1935 – All for the Nation. OM82, 1$00, red-carmine on cream cardstock, not catalogued by OM. New specimen, without defects or repairs, with the ”SPECIMEN” overprint, struck in green, applied by the Ministry of Colonies on the specimens received from the UPU to be distributed to the collections of the postal administrations of the colonies, removing their circulation power. The ”SPECIMEN” overprint in green started to be used from 1928 instead of the ”COLONIAS” overprint. B and R.
