Postal history. Pre-philately. Carta Franca, sent from Cascais on 17.10.1845, to Porto. CASCAIS mark (CSC 2 rar6), with “Franca and Pg 40 manuscripts”, continuing via Lisbon at 18.10, where the FRANQUEADA (LSB-PP6 rar 5) was applied, to Porto. Letter with stains on the front and back.
