Postal History ANGOLA. Envelope of a letter dispatched from Luanda, with pre-philatelic mark LOA 3 A- (R5), poorly struck and on the back, handwritten postage 50 in Luanda, destined for Coimbra. Came on the “Martinho de Melo” to Lisbon, where it arrived on May 28, 1870, was marked with “PROVINCIAS ULTRAMARINAS”, undated, for not having a visible origin mark, and also the postage of 50 reis.
