New specimen, without defects or repairs, with the green ”SPECIMEN” overprint applied by the Ministry of Colonies to the specimens received from the UPU to be distributed by the overseas postal administrations, to remove their circulation power. This overprint came to replace the previous ”ULTRAMAR” and ”COLONIES” overprints from 1928. MB and MR.
