Full sheet of 28 stamps Mf#217, 1.5 reis s/ 9 reis, mauve lilac, surcharge A, smooth/lightly dotted paper, serrated 11 3/4, with the SHORT FRACTION STRIKE VARIETY Mf#217e on the 14th stamp.
