Cape Verde 1902 D. Carlos type Diogo Neto, with surcharge and overprint ULTRAMAR. Stamp Mf#69, 400 reis s/ 50 reis light blue, perforated 11 3/4 with ULTRAMAR overprint struck in blue horizontally. New stamp, without gum and with sign of hinge and slight rust traces.
