Congo 1894 D. Carlos I, Diogo Neto type. Stamp Mf#5, 20 reis violet blue, porcelain paper, perforation 12 3/4 with SPECIMEN OVERPRINT struck in oblique black. New stamp, with original gum and hinge, with a short corner and irregularities in the perforation. Overprinted stamp for gift together with the 1905 reprints. Good.
