Portuguese India 1900 cover with a local Nova-Goa usage, franked with 5 overprinted 1 1/2 reis on 2 tangas Carlos Mouchon issues (CE 166). The stamps are postmarked “24 Jun 00” A partial Nova-Goa postmark on the back. The cover is slightly trimmed on the right side and the right stamp is scuffed.
