Portuguese India 1927 registered commercial cover from Nova-Goa to Paris franked with a single 6 reis Ceres issue (CE 261) and a pair of overprinted 2 tangas on 2 1/2 tangas Carlos Mouchon issues (CE 313). A late and scarce usage of the overprinted Carlos Mouchon issue on Banco National Ultramarino (BNU) envelope. “Nova-Goa” registration label on the front. The Nova-Goa BNU wax seal on the back is perfectly intact.
