Portuguese India 1951 cover from Macao to Goa franked with a single 2 avos MH issue (CE 328) and a strip of three MH issues (CE 345). All stamps tied by a “Macao” hexagonal postmark. Note: the envelope is addressed to Jose Cardinal da Costa Nunes, Archbishop of Goa and Damao and the former Bishop of Macao. He was Archbishop of Goa and Damao from 1940 until 1953. “Goa” receiving CDS on the back. The 2 avos stamp appears to have been applied damaged. An important intra-colonial cover.
