Portuguese India 1959 large airmail envelope from Goa to New York franked with 3 different overprinted issues: 20 centavos on 9 reis (CE 492), 50 centavos on 3 tangas (CE 484) and 5 escudos on 2 rupias (CE 487). Very light Goan postmarks. The envelope was addressed to Fulton Sheen, a famous American Christian evangelist, author and founder of the Fulton Sheen Institute. The envelope was sent from the Patriarchal Office of East India (Goa). Very unusual. Toning on the right.
