Letter written in Porto on 27.11.1823, marked with the Porto dater of the same date, PRT 14, used as the shipping mark, and the postage of 40 reis applied to Lisbon, where it arrived on 12.1. At the Lisbon post office, the Porto dater was cancelled, as was the postage of 40, the postage changed to 90, and the letter was considered to have originated in Spain.
