Port. India 1908 small cover from Goa to the Consul General of Portugal in Berlin, franked on the back with a single 2 reis CM issue (CE 187) and a single 3 reis CM issue (CE 189). The stamps are tied by a partial light Goan CDS. Also, a separate partial “Bombay-Aden” CDS on the back.
