Port. India 1927 registered cover from Nova-Goa to Paris on blue Banco National Ultramarino (BNU) envelope, franked a pair of 2 tangas Carlos Mouchon (Mf# 209) and a 6 reis Ceres (Mf# 251). Registration label on the front. Partial BNU wax seal on the back. Very late usage of the 2 tangas Carlos Mouchon issue.
