India 1911 cover from Damao to Poona (British India) franked on the front with two 1 real on 2 reis CM issues without bisecting perforations and on the back with a single diagonally bisected 1 real on 2 reis CM issue (CE 240). Correct rate to Poona. Stamps tied front and back with a partial “Damao” CDS. Toned edges and hinge remnants not affecting stamps. A scarce bisecting error.
