Port. India 1930 registered BNU cover from Nova-Goa to Paris franked with 4 tangas Ceres (Mf# 267) and 6 reis Ceres (Mf# 261). Registration label on the front. Partial rounded square Nova-Goa registration postmark tying stamps. Nearly complete BNU wax seal on the back. Early printings of the 4 tangas Ceres (perforated 15 x 14) are very scarce on cover.
