Port. India 1926 registered BNU cover from Nova-Goa to Paris on a bright blue envelope. Franked with 2 tangas Ceres (Mf# 265) and 3 tangas Ceres (Mf# 266). Registration label on the front. Wax seal on the back. scarce usage of the 3 tangas Ceres correctly used to Paris. Please note: the 25 mm Nova-Goa Mf#ntral registration CDS (date bridge over “R”) was used briefly in 1926 and 1927. Very scarce.
