India. Centenary of India stamps with overprint “Republic” and surcharge. Registered letter sent from Porvorim, transiting through Nova Goa on 22.12.1930, franked with 30 reis (strip of 3 and one stamp of 3/1T MF 307, strip of 4 of 3/2T MF 308, block of 4 of 1 1/2/4 ½ reis MF 305, one stamp with 1 of ½ INVERTED). Sent to Bombay, where it arrived on 24.12.1930.
