Port. India 1956 uprated commercial PSC from Ucassaim Goa to Boyertown (sic, Boystown) Pennsylvania. OM 43, uprated on the back with a strip of three 3 reis Pinto issues (CE 435) and a pair of 2 tangas Pinto issues (CE 436). All stamps tied by a “Mapuca” airmail hexagonal postmark. Text in English offering first day covers for the upcoming 450th Goan anniversary issue. Sent by Goan stamp dealer L.M. de Noronha. A very scarce uprated example of this PSC.
