New copy, with short corner, ungummed, as generally issued, in good color and with ”SPECIMEN” overprinted by hand in black, type BEC-2 (Marcus Samuel), applied by the postal authorities of Bechuanaland to stamps issued by the Universal Postal Union and taken from the official book.
