The stamp is tied by two indistinct postmarks. Postmarks include a “New Delhi” CDS, a “Rajputana” CDS and a “Nova-Goa” CDS all overlapping on the front + straight line violet “Passed DHG 4” censor mark (Belgaum). Message in phonetic Konkani.
