Portuguese India. Ten examples of used 3 reis Carlos Mouchon (OM 11). Most appear to have been used between 1905 and 1907. All have postmarks such as Margao, Saligao, Collem CA (scarce) and Nova-Goa. Both paper types are included but all are toned. Receiving postmarks include Tiptur, Madras and Bombay. Messages in Portuguese and native script. Five cards have small punch holes in the centre and there are two bent corners.
