Postal history. Postage due to the recipient, relating to 3 letters delivered on the same occasion. Letter marked by the Lamego post office on 18/07/1829, destined for Coimbra. Handwritten postage of 70 réis corresponding to the third distance and a letter weighing one ounce. The recipient would have paid a total of 135 réis, corresponding to the sum of the 70 réis postage (for this letter) and two more of 40 and 25 réis that accompanied it. Very unusual.
