Printed document from the Lisbon post office, dated March 31, 1821, by José Barreto Gomes, Sub-Inspector General of the Post Office, delivered by a general mail carrier to Mr. Finnie, who received it on April 13. In the letter, Barreto Gomes requests that the street and house number always be written on the envelope.
