A postcard sent to Ben Zion Garbats, a member of the Beitar Company in Mishmar Hayarden. Not long after he received the postcard, the British authorities raided the colony, and arrested 38 members of the company. The postcard is written in Yiddish.

From Wikipedia, "In the 1930s, the settlement received reinforcements from the Beitar movement as reinforcements. During the events of the Arab Revolt, the colony suffered from harassment, the work of the Arabs stopped there almost completely, and the youth of Beitar filled their place. In 1938, two Jews, a father and his son, were murdered, who were on their way to draw water from the Jordan River. In response, the settlers killed seven Arabs and caused damage to Arab property. That same year the colony was attacked, but the attack stopped when monitors from the Hebrew Settlements Police arrived on the scene. Beitar members also conducted military training there. This became known to the British, and on November 18, 1939, the British authorities raided the colony, and arrested 38 of the trainees. Beitar members left the place by the end of 1940.
