Postcard – Jewish Palestinian POW, Jewish Brigade, German POW Camp Stalag VIIIB, WWII - Original postcard sent from Stalag VIIIB POW Camp in Germany by Mordehai Mashkit, a Jewish soldier from Palestine serving with the Jewish Brigade of the British Army, to Miss Michal Bagbag, 18 Micha Street, Tel Aviv, Palestine. Bearing both German and British censor stamps, dated August 4, 1943. On the reverse, Mashkit handwrites a personal letter in English.
