Rare Jewish Brigade – Palestine Regiment shoulder Tag and identification discs, WWII - Rare Jewish Brigade – Palestine Regiment shoulder title and identification discs, WWII Original WWII set from a Jewish soldier of the Palestine Regiment serving in the British Army. Includes: Rare embroidered shoulder title “PALESTINE”, worn by Jewish soldiers from Palestine in the Jewish Brigade. Two identification discs (dog tags): Hexagonal metal disc stamped “PAL / JEW / L. ATTE” with personal number 38254. Round red fiber disc stamped “PAL / JEW / LEVY”. Both discs show authentic wartime patina and use marks. They identified the bearer as a Jewish soldier from Palestine (“PAL” and “JEW”) serving under the British forces.
