Jewish Military Chaplain Cap Badge – Royal Army Chaplains Department, WWII, King’s Crown - An original British Army cap badge issued to Jewish military chaplains, used between 1940 and 1955. The badge is made of darkened metal, featuring a Star of David surrounding the emblem of the Royal Army Chaplains Department, topped with the King’s Crown. Reverse fitted with the correct twin brass lugs fastening. A rare and historically important piece, worn by Jewish Chaplain Officers serving in the British Army and the Jewish Brigade during World War II.
