Jewish Brigade – 3rd Battalion Letter, Holland 1945 - Original O.A.S. Letter Form written by Pte. Eliezer Barkai, serving in the 3rd Battalion of the Palestine Regiment, part of the Jewish Brigade under the British Army. Mailed from Nijmegen, Holland, on 13 October 1945, to his parents in Raanana, Palestine. The envelope bears the Field Post Office No. 860 mark, associated with the British Liberation Army. The folded sheet served as both letter and envelope, showing the N.A.A.F.I. insignia and handwritten address. Dimensions: approx. 29×20 cm open. Condition: Very good; folds and minor edge wear.
