Hamda Nofech-Mozes – Signed Letter, 1940 - Original legal letter, typewritten and hand-signed, by Hamda Nofech‑Mozes, lawyer and journalist, later the founding editor of La’Isha magazine. Sent from Tel Aviv on November 10, 1940, and addressed to Ita Itiel of Nahalat Yehuda (Rishon LeZion). The letter addresses Itiel’s concern that her estranged husband may sell jointly owned land without her consent. Nofech-Mozes clarifies that the military authorities are neither empowered nor intending to expropriate the land, and informs the recipient that, according to her information, the husband is planning to sell the property privately.
