The banknote is printed in three languages: English, Hebrew, and Arabic. The obverse depicts a Jerusalem structure (Rachel’s Tomb), while the reverse features the Citadel of David in Jerusalem. Physical Condition – Current Evaluation (Final Grade) Final Grade: Poor (P) Very thin, worn, and fragile paper, with a full vertical tear running through the entire banknote. Severe circulation wear, deep and permanent folds, heavy staining, and extensive surface abrasion. Edge losses and structural weakness throughout; the note remains in one piece but without significant paper strength.
