Palmach – Small Group of Photographs and Documents, Camp Israel / Givat HaShlosha Training Group / Tel Litvinsky, 1948–1949 - A small and interesting lot of Palmach material from the period of the War of Independence and shortly thereafter, associated with Camp Israel, the Givat HaShlosha training group, and Tel Litvinsky. The lot includes: 20 small photographs, approx. 9x7 cm each, depicting members of a training group and fighters. In one of the photographs, Yitzhak Yitzhaki appears holding a rifle. A handwritten identification card, apparently from Camp Israel, 8x6.5 cm. A letter in German sent from Jerusalem on April 28, 1948, by the father of Amnon Berger. A 1948 War of Independence veteran certificate. A memorial book for Yitzhak Yitzhaki. Overall condition very good to excellent. The letter and identification card are worn.
