Magen David Pendant with Shaddai Inscription and Original Provenance Envelope – Palestine (Eretz Israel), 1947 - Small Star of David pendant made of gilt metal with blue enamel. The center bears the Hebrew letters Shaddai (שד”י), a traditional divine name commonly associated with protection and Jewish devotional objects. The pendant is accompanied by its original envelope, bearing a handwritten note stating: ”Received from Avital, July 5, 1947.” This contemporary inscription provides a direct period provenance and places the item in Palestine during the final year of the British Mandate, shortly before the establishment of the State of Israel. Size: 2 × 1.5 cm. Very good condition, with minor wear consistent with age. Original envelope included.
