United States – Lot of 14 Indian Head Cent Coins, Late 19th and Early 20th Centuries - A lot comprising 14 United States Indian Head Cent coins, designed by James Barton Longacre and issued between 1859 and 1909. The obverse depicts Liberty wearing a Native American feathered headdress, surrounded by the inscription UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The reverse features the denomination ONE CENT within a wreath, with the Union shield above. Visible dates include 1889, 1893, 1897, 1899, 1900, 1901, 1903, 1904, 1905, 1906, 1907 and 1908. The date of one coin is too worn to be identified with certainty. The year 1907 appears twice. Composition: Bronze, 95% copper. Diameter: Approx. 19 mm each. Various conditions, with wear, staining, discoloration and areas of corrosion on some coins. Please examine the photographs for independent condition assessment.
