The obverse depicts a man wearing a fez, with a crescent and four stars above, accompanied by a worn Arabic inscription apparently referring to the “National Union.” The reverse bears the name “محمد أمين جبريل” — Muhammad Amin Jibril — and the denomination “١٠ مليم” — 10 milliemes. The identity of the person, issuing body, country of origin and precise use remain undetermined. Considerable wear, scratches and loss of detail to the inscriptions and design.
